Transforming the ESTN Volunteer Program - Hermitage/Donelson

End Slavery Tennessee (ESTN) has been around for nearly a decade. In that time, we have become a nationally-recognized leader in survivor aftercare, legislative advocacy and professional training.

It’s time to move into the next phase of exponential growth, starting with our Survivor Restoration Campus. This means programs to support the healing of those affected by human trafficking will be expanding!

Our current system to engage volunteers needs to be prepared to accommodate this growth. Just as ESTN Care Coordinators use research-based practices to provide services to survivors, the new Community Engagement process is being designed with best practice standards. This transition will happen over the next few months, starting with ESTN Community Groups phasing out by October 1st.

If you would like to learn more Stacy Elliott, Community Engagement Coordinator, will be visiting several Community Groups in September to discuss.

This meeting will be held through Zoom, please contact Becca Stout for meeting login information – hermitagegroup@endslaverytn.org
